Slutwalks are regular events these days, especially in college towns. They’re supposed to teach us that raping women is bad. Which is very helpful, since we had no idea that was a bad thing. Dan Perrins attended one such educational event lately, and reports how much he learned. Rape is bad. Rape hysteria is good. Even if it kills!
The Canadian Association for Equality, in the face of steady and often violent resistance, is nevertheless pushing forward to open a Center for Men and Families. Dan Perrins has an update with the basic info. All we can say is, “Go CAFE!” Anyone with the courage to persist in the face of such dogged and irrational persecution should be a model for the rest of us.
