Press Conference Reveals More Corruption by Mary Kellett

In a staggering statement made by Juskwitch, it was revealed that the case against Webber is proceeding despite the fact that Webber has already been acquitted by a civil court of the same charges. In civil court, the burden of proof, the preponderance of evidence, is significantly lower than that of criminal courts in Maine, which is proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

Petition to Disbar Kellett to be Hand Delivered to Governors Office, State Attorney General, Others

Starting tomorrow morning, Wednesday, May 11th, at 9:30am, members of a delegation from Stop Abusive and Violent Environments (S.A.V.E.) and family members of the falsely accused in this case, Vladek Filler, will be hand delivering copies of the petition to state officials and making a plea on behalf of Filler, and for an investigation of Kellett leading to her disbarment.

Once More, This Time With Anger

I am not trying to tell anyone what to do, but I am suggesting to the activists that come to this site that it may be time that people who cannot give an affirmative answer to two or more of those questions within ten minutes of reading this may not be who WE want on this site sucking up air and doing little else.

An Introduction and a Challenge

Paul Elam has asked me to take a managerial role on this site, and I have accepted. That does not mean I will be proofing articles for spelling and grammar, as I know myself to be unqualified for that task. I will be developing and coordinating projects, some of which will reach outside the limits of this site. Paul and I agree that continued success of this movement will be driven by participation from MRA’s with the courage and intelligence to act.
