In short, with sexual harassment law, it is men who are screwed, not women.

Ah, but we really can’t. Not with any real concern for women who actually are victims of rape. The aim of the kafkatrap is to produce a kind of free-floating guilt in the subject, a conviction of sinfulness that can be manipulated by the operator to make the subject say and do things that are convenient to the operator’s personal, political, or religious goals. Ideally, the subject will then internalize these demands, and then become complicit in the kafkatrapping of others.
Similarly, one would think, when it becomes apparent a malicious false accuser maintains the farce, shows no remorse, the accuser should be prosecuted to the fullest extent. Doing so would certainly deter others from doing the same, except perhaps those from planet Bonkers.
