Social commentators continue to regurgitate the popular message that men are failures for opting out of marriage version 2.0 – where women (but not men) can exit at any time, retaining their partner’s income while disposing of his person. This message coupled with various imperatives to man up and be the cash, labour and sperm dispenser that would make a Victorian era patriarch proud. The nearly universal message that any male self actualization not of utility to a woman is shameful.

They still find that the taxes they have to pay still go towards ever more programs for women. Scratch that…I meant ‘young families’ (read: single mothers). It’s like the Government doesn’t know about all the struggling men. Of course, we know different, but when you view men as non-human cannon fodder, the Darwinian way government treats disadvantaged men becomes much more understandable.

Mr. Biden claims the real cause of domestic violence is the “attitude of how society views women as chattel.” Of course women in our society benefit from all the legal rights as men, and enjoy endless choices and opportunities. So is Biden’s use of the word chattel to be considered absurd, inflammatory — or merely silly?

If you haven’t had enough of the argument over the “nature vs. nurture” crap, feel free to throw this into the mix. Personally I think it’s a pile of bullshit opinion comparable to a can of nuts, bolts, washers and screws. They all look worthwhile and if you dig long enough you might find the right size or the right fit, that’s why you will never throw them out, you just never know and they’re shiny.
