New York State regularly has campaigns against domestic violence. Nothing wrong with that, domestic violence is an important issue. However, there are a couple of serious problems with their campaigning.
Feminists don’t hold women responsible for anything, which makes them believe they have no power. If a man makes a mistake, it’s because men are bad. If a woman makes a mistake, it’s because men are bad.
There must be many families who burn their brides for dowry as a routine practice otherwise, why would there be so many news reports about dowry deaths? As they say, there cannot be smoke without a fire. Right?
International men’s day is about celebrating and honoring men in our
lives for all the contributions, services and sacrifices they make for
the well-being of the family and society.
On one hand, certainly, we are taught to be ashamed of our penises and to view them as a source of perpetual debauchery. However it is this last point which actually points to the depraved double standard which exists regarding masculine sexuality.
Oh yeah, 12 year old Johnny should be high fiving it because his 36 year old math teacher groomed him into satisfying her perverse sexual needs. Maybe his celebration will end when she comes back pregnant and sues him for child support, and wins because the same judicial system that convicted her for raping him now thinks he is liable for the child that rape produced.
And people, whether it is women gone insane with the power of the pussy pass, or the men who are in fact the underwriters of those passes, will surely bring their wrath down upon you. They will rush in to scream, “You NEVER hit a woman! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER!”
Paying attention to the issues of homosexuals and the transgendered has its place in modern culture, but to use that agenda to play a part in hoodwinking people into believing you are addressing the lives of men in general demonstrates a deficit in integrity and a pathological drive to ensure the problems of the great majority of men and boys are either ignored or exacerbated, or both.
