Shivanthi Sathanandan, an official in the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party, has previously advocated for defunding and dismantling the Minneapolis Police Department. She’s now praising them. We’re very sorry to hear that her small children had to witness their mother being assaulted.
