Slutwalks are regular events these days, especially in college towns. They’re supposed to teach us that raping women is bad. Which is very helpful, since we had no idea that was a bad thing. Dan Perrins attended one such educational event lately, and reports how much he learned. Rape is bad. Rape hysteria is good. Even if it kills!
What may appear on the surface to be a small but positive news story for the MHRM is actually something of massive proportions, especially if followed up on properly. The New South Wales[NSW] government has decided to recognize male victims of domestic violence and offer them services one reserved for women only.
John the Other, always the cheerful mentor to feminist ideologues, comes out with a list of suggestions to help them be less stupid and sadistic and amoral. Or at least appear less stupid and sadistic and amoral. Darn that JTO, he is one helpful soul. Always with the charity and such. We hope the feminists appreciate it.
Senator John McCain is apparently doing his job as a public servant and is confronting the Department of Justice and the Department of Education about a policy clearly intended to rob young college men of due process of law, if they happen to offend someone by saying the wrong thing. AVfM is strictly nonpartisan, but when a politician gets something right we take note of it. So does NCFM.
It is that time of year again, folks. Recently, the African Circumcision Advisory Committee acquired a new member, Kennedy Owino, a Kenyan native. Owino is a member of The Intact Network and helps run its chapter in Kenya. Recently AVFM’s Robert O’Hara interviewed Owino in order to give readers an idea of just what is happening on the ground in Africa on circumcision as a political issue.
Reproduction is a human right. And by a human right, we mean a women’s right. JTO tells us how “a woman’s body, a woman’s choice” is seen as a declaration of women’s freedoms, yet is also a demand for men’s enslavement because its full wording is really “a woman’s body, a woman’s choice, a man’s responsibility”.
