We at AVfM are moved by his plea for justice and we present the complete statement of his ordeal, made before Justice Ellen Gorman who gave corrupt assistant DA Kellett a slap on the wrist and allowed her continue to abuse men and their families–although there may be a slim chance that the hearing next week changes this. Our hearts go out to Mr. Filler, his family, and all the men who will continue to face Mary Kellett’s rage-fuelled vendetta against men.

The strange and disturbing case of Vladek Filler has taken another bizarre turn on it path in search of justice. For the first time, however, a lot more evidence is now available to a public that should be concerned.
The Vladek Filler case, which has lasted more than five years, and which AVfM and other organizations have covered for at least two years, is apparently coming to a legal conclusion. Time to act again.
