Feminist Lies

Sexual Assault Voices of Edmonton: Don’t be THAT stupid

A law office representing a group calling itself SAVE (Sexual Assault Voices of Edmonton, not to be confused with Stop Abusive and Violent Environments) recently wrote to A Voice for Men demanding that we doxx members, take down political satire, and stop using the phrase “Don’t Be That…” This is a contemptible attempt at legal intimidation, and we will not kowtow to such bullying–ever. Chivalry to save us from “The Reality”

There has been a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth in Camp Feminist over the sacking of former Prime Minister Julia Gillard in Australia. Is seems those mean old misogynists are at it again, and White Knights are needed to ride to her rescue – but only the crickets seem to care. Jim Muldoon explores “The Reality” – the real one. Can’t a weak widdle damsel get a break these days? [Illustration by Europa Phoenix]

Why would Edmonton’s Karen Smith lie?

Posters with the message to false rape accusers, “Don’t be that girl” are, according to executive director of Sexual Assault Voices of Edmonton, Karen Smith, disappointing, inaccurate, rape-apologia and uncouth satire. We thought they are bringing attention to a crime, you know, a crime Karen says doesn’t exist. Or maybe Karen Smith is a fucking liar. [Illustration by Typhonblue]

Let’s talk about those rape posters

Demonizing a class of people for the crimes of a few is the hallmark of hate, and the tool of racists, sexists, and…feminists? Our gynocentric culture is quietly accepting of the routine hatred of men as a class, but awareness of this insidious malady is starting to spread, and Janet Bloomfield has had just about enough of it. Oh, boy, has she. Watch out, haters, the Judgy Bitch is in the house.

Debate: is feminism hate?

Is Feminism hate? Well we suppose that if you believe it’s about equal rights then it’s not. But we’re starting to get the sense that this “equal rights” thing is a shield for Feminism’s real payload. And that payload is it’s hateful misrepresentation of history known as Patriarchy Theory. And if you believe in the theory that men have oppressed women for thousands of years, GWW is gonna school you.

Don’t be that guy

Obviously, without being told, you might just rape somebody by accident. Because that’s what men are like, right? Shit, without a constant reminder, that’s what you are like. Maybe you should tattoo a reminder not to rape on your hand… you know, just in case. Right? But saying that men rape that men need constant reminders not to rape, all of this isn’t demonizing, not in the slightest. Right?

Radfem wretches in Toronto

Dan “DannyBoy” Perrins is deeply disappointed. He had plans to do more of his boots-on-the-ground video coverage and exposure of crypto-fascist hate groups like the RadFem conference leaders and attenders. Sadly, he has learned that they cancelled their event. We think they’ll probably find a way to blame us rather than the fact that they’re a bunch of professional hatemongers.

When female privilege backfires

Women are oppressed in Islamic nations like Afghanistan, huh? Well as is so often the case, gynocentric attitudes frequently prevent us from looking at the situation through the lens of both sexes. Contributing Editor Karen Straughan, in her calm fact-and-logic based manner, eviscerates and challenges things even many men’s advocates believe. It just ain’t so simple.[Illustration by Typhonblue]
