Chapin pitches in here to address the travesty of what is happening in Maine with the persecution of Vladek Filler by prosecutor Mary Kellett and the Bar Harbor Prosecutors Office.
Filler was accused of rape by his estranged wife during a heated custody dispute, and the prosecution decided to proceed against him despite the fact that there was no forensic evidence to support a rape charge, and despite the fact that the accuser, Ligia Filler, was a known criminal and had a history of false allegations.
The case has been the focus of a great deal of men’s activism.
