Starting tomorrow morning, Wednesday, May 11th, at 9:30am, members of a delegation from Stop Abusive and Violent Environments (S.A.V.E.) and family members of the falsely accused in this case, Vladek Filler, will be hand delivering copies of the petition to state officials and making a plea on behalf of Filler, and for an investigation of Kellett leading to her disbarment.
I was left thinking one thing after reading Bill Trotter’s article in the Bangor Daily News.

Vladek Filler has been silenced enough. We at AVfM are moved by his plea for justice and we present the complete statement of his ordeal, made before Justice Ellen Gorman who gave corrupt assistant DA Kellett a slap on the wrist and allowed her continue to abuse men and their families–although there may be a slim chance that the hearing next week changes this. Our hearts go out to Mr. Filler, his family, and all the men who will continue to face Mary Kellett’s rage-fuelled vendetta against men.

The wheels of justice, or as the case may be, injustice, continue to turn slowly in the case of Vladek Filler, which is now a case of prosecutorial malfeasance against Mary Kellett, which has been referred to the State Supreme Court of Maine for action. Assistant district attorney Mary Kellett’s unethical actions harm the credibility of real victims and represent a threat to innocent citizens, charges SAVE, a victim-advocacy group. Thus far, no action has been taken on her conviction by a three member bar panel four months ago.
Within a few weeks the Bar Panel for the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar will rule on the charges against Mary Kellett. Then it’s happy hour and back slapping for all.
