We should no longer abbreviate the European Union with the EU but rather with M.E.U. standing for the Misandric European Union. It has come to a point that not even a week goes by without the Supreme Soviet the European Parliament rubber stamping another misandric law proposed by the Politburo the European Commission.

This time, we’re talking about a law written in 2004 but rejected several times because enough individual nations dared to say “NO” and the matter was kept out of the powers of the Eurocracy. However, nowadays the European Parliament can basically make laws about literally anything and the EU now has powers without any kind of limits[1].

The law is called “Council Directive 2004/113/EC of 13 December 2004 implementing the principle of equal treatment between men and women in the access to and supply of goods and services”[2] and it’s due to enter into force starting next year according to Minodora Cliveti, Romanian Socialist MEP[3].

Like any other EU law, the title and the introduction of the law seems quite harmless. I mean,… what’s wrong with men and women having equal treatment in the access to and supply of goods and services, right? Well, just like any other EU law, particularly when it comes to sexual matters, the (feminist) Devil is in the details.

The article 2 in the “Whereas” section reads as follows:

(2) The right to equality before the law and protection against discrimination for all persons constitutes a universal right recognised by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women, the International Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination and the United Nations Covenants on Civil and Political Rights and on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and by the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, to which all Member States are signatories.

So, right from the get-go, despite the appearance of being about “men and women” we see that this has nothing to do with that at all, but only with women. The logical conclusion of this law article is that discrimination against men is ok. And it’s the correct conclusion since the European Court of Justice stated 16 yeas ago that discrimination against men is ok[4].

Then we have the article 20 which says the following:

(20) Less favourable treatment of women for reasons of pregnancy and maternity should be considered a form of direct discrimination based on sex and therefore prohibited in insurance and related financial services. Costs related to risks of pregnancy and maternity should therefore not be attributed to the members of one sex only.

And here we have again the Eurocracy attempting to mitigate natural consequences. Basically, what this article is saying is that men should pay more because women get pregnant. I never had any children, nor do I ever intend to have any, so why should I pay more because other women get pregnant? Why am I supposed to contribute to someone else’s offspring? Why shouldn’t the costs related to risks of pregnancy and maternity be attributed to members of one sex only? Are the costs related to risks of prostate or testicular cancer attributed to women, too? The point is that this law is extending the powers of the Eurocracy even more into mitigating natural consequences and, besides that, it throws even more of the individual freedom of men and boys out on the window.

Further into the document, we have article 4.3 that goes like this:

Harassment and sexual harassment within the meaning of this Directive shall be deemed to be discrimination on the grounds of sex and therefore prohibited. A person’s rejection of, or submission to, such conduct may not be used as a basis for a decision affecting that person.

Translated into plain English, this means that the State gets to decide what happened, regardless of the actual reality. This is particularly true when it comes to crimes like sexual harassment. A concrete example would be from one of my former jobs where we had a female colleague who would come and hug all the guys and kiss them on the cheek each time she came to work and sometimes right before leaving the office. None of the guys were particularly thrilled with this but also nobody had a particular issue with it since she was generally a nice person so we all took it as a personal caprice of hers that we tolerated, just like we were tolerating one of the guys’ vulgar language and another woman’s weird accent.

However, under this law, the State could now come and punish our colleague – even though none of us had a problem with it.

But perhaps the most abhorrent provision of this document, that shows exactly how the doublespeak and doublethink process is entrenched into EU politics is the article 4.5 which goes like this:

This Directive shall not preclude differences in treatment, if the provision of the goods and services exclusively or primarily to members of one sex is justified by a legitimate aim and the means of achieving that aim are appropriate and necessary.

So we want to end discrimination, but if we have to discriminate in order to do our job, we will do it. In other words, the ends justifies the means. We’ve heard that before, back in the days of USSR. The current Marxist-Feminist establishment within the EU cares exactly about the same things that the former Marxist-Leninist establishment used to care about: Equality of outcome.

Given the misandric history of the EU, Article 4.5 will be used to implement even more misandric policies all over the EU, then package them nicely and sell them as “progressive policies” to non-EU countries like Macedonia, Moldova, Serbia, Ukraine or Albania, countries that seem to swallow every bit of bullshit that has the “Euro” stamp on it.

For those of you that still think the European Union is a good idea, or that it used to be a good idea until feminism hit the fan, I wish to remind you that the creation of Yugoslavia used to be perceived as a good idea and countless millions of men (and almost exclusively men!) died because of it. In fact, Communism itself was the “great idea” of the twentieth century. Countries like Romania had to have several thousands of its men dying in order to realize how bad the idea was in the first place.

We would need at least two years, providing that the EU stops for two years, just to read and document all of the misandric legislation that was pushed through the European Parliament in the last decade. At least one misandric law goes through the parliament every week. In some weeks, however, there are three, four or even more misandric laws being passed. At this rate, the individual freedom of men and boys will be practically nonexistent by the end of 2020.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is war. And you’d better be prepared for it. The first step is to remember the list of feminist MEPs when you go to vote next time.
