Ladies and Gentlemen,
The war against men will only stop if we stand up and fight. We must make our collective voices heard by politicians and the legal community so they know we are aware of their blatant and disgusting agenda to destroy men. They must know that if it’s a fight they want, it’s a fight they will get. We will send the clear message that boys and men matter, and we will resist any loss of constitutional rights based on misandric policies. It is time, for the future of our sons and grandsons, for us to make a difference.
Everyone is well aware that Assistant District Attorney Mary Kellett admitted her guilt in one of the worst displays of play-acting I have ever seen. Giving her the Golden Raspberry Award and a high-five was Justice Ellen Gorman, who suspended her 30 day sentence so that she could take some continuing education classes to address her ethical lapses. “Let the Golden Raspberry Award serve as a lesson and a motive for you to learn to hide your agenda better,” should have been what Justice Ellen Gorman told Mary Kellett behind closed doors.
There is a very clear agenda and in a future post I will explain the how, what, when, and why. But now, we need your help. We need everyone to make your voices heard: we are watching and won’t take it any more. I emailed the following letter to the Cumberland County Supreme Court Justice, Ellen A. Gorman (ellen.a.gorman@courts.maine.gov). It is imperative that we flood this email box with complaint letters. I am hoping you will all fight for the cause and help put an end to the misandric secret court practices.
[box]Justice Gorman,
It is imperative that you look at the Mary Kellett plea deal with suspicion. Neither Bar Counsel Scott Davis nor Ronald Lupton has provided you with the full story. In fact, you have been downright deceived. The truth of the matter is that the current legal system in Maine is corrupt right down to its core, the Maine State Bar Association. Maine already has a very long and storied reputation for corrupt public officials as documented in StateIntegrity.Org and Centerforethics.Org.
Vladek Filler is not the first victim of Mary Kellett, nor has he been the last. I have personally investigated hundreds of cases that Mary Kellett has dealt with, including grievances filed with the Maine State Bar Association against Mary Kellett that Scott Davis has tossed out as irrelevant. There is also a pending lawsuit against the Hancock County DA’s office and Mary Kellett for the wrongful death of a man falsely accused of domestic violence which resulted in his suicide. Unfortunately, most attorneys fear political repercussions and sanctions that come from challenging the Maine State Bar Association – the hand that feeds them – so, the lawsuit has stalled.
There are many victims of Mary Kellett that have left the state of Maine in fear of being dragged through the mud again on trumped-up charges that are both baseless and defective. Even if these victims were able to find the courage to challenge her and the status quo in the Maine legal system, would Scott Davis even entertain the idea of putting on his big boy pants, standing up to the obvious cronyism that exists in the Maine legal system, and ending the misandric practices that have been hidden from the Maine public for decades?
Domestic violence advocates constantly argue that there are countless silent victims of sexual assault perpetrated by men against women who will never receive justice unless every case can go forward by the State, using only the accusation by the women to prosecute men. This essentially is Mary Kellett’s philosophy as well. By doing this, innocent men’s lives are purposely and irrevocably destroyed for the sake of an agenda contrary to every citizen’s fundamental constitutional right to due process and the presumption of innocence.
By allowing Mary Kellett to continue to practice law, you allow her to continue targeting the countless silent male victims of prosecutorial misconduct for the sake of the alleged countless silent victims of sexual assault. Can you explain to me how this isn’t trading one for the other?
As Mary Kellett read her prepared speech, monotone and lacking remorse, she apologized to the court to save her job but never once did she turn around and acknowledge her mistakes to Vladek Filler. It was you who, out-of-place, apologized to Vladek Filler. This does not show that Mary Kellett has indeed learned from her mistakes and doesn’t intend to target men in the future. These mistakes include but are not limited to:
Stephen Kane http://bangordailynews.com/2012/06/22/news/bucksport-man-acquitted-of-sex-charges-against-young-girl/
Mark Colantonio http://bangordailynews.com/2012/06/20/news/pennsylvania-man-acquitted-of-sexual-assault-charges-against-teen-in-bar-harbor/
Keovilaisack Sayasane: Not only did Mary Kellett fabricate a story that he killed his ex-wife so that his current wife would testify against him, according to Michelle Sayasane (current wife), Mary Kellett threatened to have her children placed in child protective services custody unless she did testify. http://bangordailynews.com/2011/08/18/news/hancock/blue-hill-man-seeks-case-dismissal-over-bad-information-from-prosecutors/ and http://www.avoiceformen.com/feminism/government-tyranny/my-ordeal-with-mary-kellett/

Attorney Jeff Toothaker defended and won many of these cases. In response to losing too many cases against Toothaker, the Hancock County D.A.’s office hired Mr. Toothaker’s wife to work in their office. This is a clear and repulsive conflict of interest. It is just another example of the judicial corruption that is plaguing the state of Maine.
These are just some of the many victims of Mary Kellett. There are many more. In court, you stated that since the Vladek Filler case was just one isolated incident and Mary Kellett’s only mark on her record, you were going to approve the recommendation for the 30 days suspended sentence. However, if there were more grievances brought against her, then you would reconsider her bar license.
I plan to assist 2 other victims in filing grievances against Mary Kellett within the next 60 days. I am hoping that since your words are on record, you were serious in rectifying the current problems of the legal system instead of making them worse. I also hope that Mr. Scott Davis will take action against future grievances against Mary Kellett instead of merely discarding them.
To quote Judge Edith Jones, U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, “American Legal System is corrupt beyond recognition.”
Justice Gorman, which side of history do you want to be on?
Sincerely,
A concerned citizen who is also worried about political repercussions from fighting a corrupt system.[/box]
