The curious effect of most of women’s peccadilloes is that it makes men work far harder than is necessary for the simplest of things. It’s why we get tired of listening to them and dealing with them. Or rather why we should. Continuing to work at communication with someone too lazy or otherwise incapable of a simple yes or no, is precisely where men should quit asking and do what they want to do. Sadly, most men, almost all of them, won’t wise up to that. I hope they enjoy life on the hamster wheel because I am damned happy to not live that way.
