Tonight we are especially excited to have as our guest Anill Kumar, one of the principal founders of the Men’s Rights Movement in India.
India has proven to be a pivotal battleground in the struggle for men’s rights. In recent years both the legislature and judiciary in that country have dealt serious blows to due process and presumption of innocence to men accused of domestic violence and sexual assault. Dowry laws have seen men and their families thrown in jail over marital break up. Men have literally been thrown off of moving trains simply for being in a car designated for women.
We will be talking about all of these things as well as the organizations fighting for men’s rights in India on tonight’s show. This is an important episode on the very important topic of global men’s rights activism so please join us tonight.
