I was left thinking one thing after reading Bill Trotter’s article in the Bangor Daily News.
Not good enough.
I am as pleased as anyone that a loyal member of the MSM machine actually published the fact that there are serious concerns being expressed about the integrity of the prosecutions emanating from the Bar Harbor, Maine prosecutors office. That is especially true considering the alleged targets are male and the prosecutor is a woman and the alleged crimes are rape and domestic violence.
But as I read I got this feeling that I was being tossed a bone and expected to take it to the corner of the room with my tail wagging.
Am I the only one who noticed that the headline of this piece had nothing to do with the real story? Why is the headline about a change in venue when we have complaints filed against the prosecutor in the case; the same prosecutor whose ill-gotten conviction of Vladek Filler was overturned, citing prosecutorial misconduct?
Why no mention of several things that are a matter of public record?
Ligia Filler is a known child abuser.
Ligia Filler was the only proven or even credibly alleged person to be a violent assailant in her marriage.
Ligia Filler is a proven liar that has already been caught in false accusations of abuse against her husband.
Where is one shred of investigative intent in the article?
Bangor Daily News has just done a broad daylight cover-up of this important story. It’s a bait and switch headline with BDN hopeing you don’t much notice the switch part. Think they don’t know that “official complaints against prosecutor” in a headline will get a bunch more readers…and interest?
It’s a pussy pass for Kellett.
Also, by tossing out the name of a few websites, pointing to our anti-feminism, they hope to cast a shadow over this in the minds of their blue pill readers. You think adding a slogan “Curing Feminist Indoctrination,” was an accident? Antimisandry.com is the only name of that site I know of, and other sites mentioned there have slogans, but perhaps not as politically useful to BDN.
I am as happy as anyone for the exposure, but I am still thinking the same thing.
Not Good Enough.
Mary Kellet and the entire Bar Harbor’s prosecutors office is the story here. So is the state of Maine and its unusually misandric policies around rape prosecution and primary aggressor laws – which are beyond the pale.
So is the story of men and boys in western culture in general.
Again, I laud the fact that this activist event didn’t meet it’s usual untimely end. But we are not pets waiting for table scraps.
Bangor Daily News needs to cover this story. It is their community; their men and boys and their god-damned responsibility as instruments of free speech in an open society. They have what looks to be a person who might be more sinister and corrupt than Mike Niphong at loose in their front yard and these people are playing politics and word games.
This website and A Voice for Men Radio are going to stay on it. I apologize for the lack in variety here of late, but, for lack of a better term, this stuff is why I came to the dance to begin with.
