It is widely agreed across the Men’s Rights Movement that the movement in India is the most advanced in the world. It follows that Men’s Rights Activists based outside India have things to learn from the Indian movement.
Anil has kindly invited me to attend his Conference on Men’s Issues in New Delhi in five weeks’ time, details here.
If you’d like to attend the event, you need to send an email to siff.conference@gmail.com to confirm your attendance and to learn details about fees and the travel/visa/stay arrangements.
The presentations, panel discussions, and interactions during the breaks and in the evenings will be in English as everyone has to learn English in school and most attendees are well educated. It would be an interesting experience and new learning as ICMI is making breakthroughs in countries where the mother tongue in not English or a European language. This can help us in future in South East Asia, Japan, Russia or even China.
Regarding crowdfunding of your trip, this visit and next year’s ICMI in India will help worldwide solidarity on men’s human rights and provide an opportunity to learn about experiments and innovations from different regions of the world. It’s the new generation of confident young Indians that is taking on feminism and misandry. Anti-feminist groups and men’s activists are emerging in the neighbourhood of India, in South Asia. That’s almost 1.9 billion people, 25% of the world’s population, who read English as their second language. As India is so big, its feminist policies impact neighbouring countries as well, and our men’s movement is impacting other countries.
