I wonder if this idiot has any idea how hard should COULD have been hit? She probably did, but knew he would not do it. She seems to know the rules around this stuff fairly well, as she was counting on forcing this man to defend himself, even by calling him a nigger, so that she could damsel her way into some proxy violence, or just a way to get him locked up.
