Saturday 11 May 2013 marks the first episode of a new show to premiere here on A Voice for Men Radio: Domestic Violence Revelations with Erin Pizzey (and her co-host Dean Esmay). The show airs Saturday May 11th at 4:00 pm (1600) London, England time, 11am Eastern US time. This show will be live and will include call-ins. Erin will be available to answer your questions about domestic violence and abuse, child abuse, shelter/refuge programs, feminism and its influence on the domestic violence industry, and more. We will also feature a guest reading by Girl Writes What.
We invite anyone with an interest in, or experience with, this subject to call in. Although the suggested theme for this week’s show is “The Family Terrorist” (i.e. emotionally abusive and manipulative women, or men, who can terrorize and control an entire family), the format is pretty much open mic: if you want to talk about the subject of family abuse and violence, the mic will be open. We’ll be talking and taking as many questions as we can, and we hope you can make it.
Erin will be the show host, I’ll be her co-host/facilitator, James Huff will be producing and doing the back end, and we may have a guest caller or two. But what mostly will make this show happen is you and your calls.
