Hamilton area justice, misandry and murder – part 1

August 17 has been a date I find I can’t easily forget, or put behind me. If you don’t know what I am talking about with the Aug 17 date,  read the article called “When Crutches Attack” for the more complete details on the following facts.

  1. I put up public service announcements for AVfM letting society know Men’s Rights Are Human Rights.
  2. On August 17, 2012 I was physically attacked by man for doing so.
  3. I took pictures of the event.
  4. The attack happened on a street corner.
  5. The attack forced me to step back into a cross walk.
  6. Luckily there was no traffic. It is the main street.
  7. The attacker used a weapon, a makeshift club.
  8. I reported the attack to the police.
  9. The police took a long time responding.
  10. They knew exactly who I was and where I lived because, I had informed the local chapter of HPS not more than six hours before the attack who I was and what I do.

Addendums.

  • When the police did eventually respond the criminal had long since left the area.
  • I don’t for a second believe the police’s reason why it took them so long to respond.
  • Hamilton Police Services (HPS) claimed it was because they got the street where I lived wrong.
  • I did a follow up call regarding the attack. Proof of that is here.

Recently I identified that disturbed young man as Richard Russell. The other day he posted my personal information within a mile of where I live. I take that as implied threat and consider it personal.

Within five or six hours he replied to my identifying him.

I called and advised the police of his identity.

What they didn’t know is that I was recording them.

What I didn’t know is what the recorder would pick up. At 1:55 in we hear a chuckle, a slight laugh. What caused that laughter was my request for them to enforce the law. This is something HPS selectively does. The deciding factor if they enforce the law or how it is enforced is your sex. Proof here. I’ve got three strikes against me in regard to the decision making process engaged in by HPS.

First. I am male. Second, I have exposed some of their corruption, and third, I am a Men’s Human Rights Activist. I am the bottom of their list.

Listen to that laugh again, listen real close. That is the sound of misandry with a badge.

That is how much I (read: you), as a male, are valued by this guffawing hyena who represents HPS. My well being, despite it being put in some fairly serious jeopardy by that disturbed individual on more than one occasion is comedy to the stinking lot of them. I told the Hamilton Police force I want them to enforce the law; the law they affirm an oath to uphold.

And they laugh.

This is not the first time Hamilton Police Services employees have ignored their fiduciary duty to act in an ethical and moral manner. That laugh is pretty much the same reply I received from them on Feb 3 2009, when I reported crimes by an ex to HPS in person. The response from the desk Sgt was “Suck it up, we don’t intend to enforce the law.” I informed them this was unacceptable and fought back, which resulted in threats and harassment from them. It lead to my developing P.T.S.D.

Those demoralizing deeds engaged in by HPS and the local justice system affected me profoundly. I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t sleep. I had hives coming out on my hands from the stress. I walked my former dog Zeke out into traffic, not because I wanted to end it all, but because I was disoriented and I couldn’t function.

I was that messed up. I vividly remember the sound of the drivers horn and the beaming headlights in my eyes when I snapped out of it. Those events and many more are as fresh in my memory as if they happened yesterday; crisp, clean, like a nightmare in a loop. It happens every time something reminds me about my experiences with HPS.

It took another two years of threats of death and obstruction of justice for the HPS to completely destroy all hope in me. Hopeless or not, I do not intend to abandon my mission.

Some may even wonder why this is so important to me. It is, and it should be important to you. It is not just that I (and you) deserve the equal protection of the law. It is not just that HPS thinks that your status as a MHRA makes you a joke and an acceptable target for street thugs. It is not just that it is the criminals who are wearing the badges and carrying guns.

It is not even that HPS’ Chief of Police Glenn De Caire has earned the nickname in Hamilton ‘Chief Don’t Care.’ He he runs an organization full of employees who just don’t care.

The real problem is that this kind of misandric mentality and hubris are killing Canadian men. Not in the figurative sense, not metaphorically, but very real graveyard dead.

In part 2 to this article, I will tell you how, and show you the smoking gun in HPS’ hand.
